Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix $5.50

A dark, dense and delicious blend of chocolates – the most chocolate you will ever taste in a brownie! Bake in an 8x8 pan or make your own brownie bites. Recipes for fudge brownies, cake brownies and low fat brownies included. Net weight 17 oz. Servings - 16.

Baking Instructions

You will need:

  • 1 Box Firenza Brownie Mix


For Original:

  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ Cup (1 Stick) Melted Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Water

For Fudge Brownies:

  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Cup (1 Stick) Melted Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Water

For Cake Brownies:

  • 3 Eggs
  • ½ Cup (1 Stick) Melted Butter
  • No Water

Low Fat Recipe:

  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Cup Applesauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Water
  1. Heat oven to 325° F. While oven is pre-heating, grease 8”x 8” baking pan.
  2. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl; stir until moist, about 30 seconds.
  3. Spread batter in baking pan, filling corners.
  4. Bake 32-36 minutes. Remove from oven and cool before serving.

  • Mocha Brownies: Add 1-2 Tbsp. of finely ground coffee at step 2.
  • Spiced Brownies: Add 1 Tbsp. cinnamon and ½ tsp. each, allspice and ground cloves.

Coat mini-muffin pan bottoms with vegetable spray (do not use paper liners). Prepare brownie batter following either Original Recipe or Fudge Brownie baking instructions on back of box. Place teaspoonfuls of batter into mini-muffin pan and bake 13-17 minutes at 325° F. Remove from oven and let cool. Run thin knife blade around edge of muffin cups to release brownie bites.
